RT Models Shipping Policy:

We only ship to the cardholder's billing address. There are very few exceptions to this rule. If you need to have something shipped to a different address, please contact  me at 352.368.9081 We use AVS on every cc transaction.

Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Shipping Within the 50 States:
Orders in and out of the USA are shipped via United States Postal Service INSURED USPS. If the item you are buying is oversized, a higher shipping rate will be charged Oversize charges are usually only found on very  large kits and VERY LARGE ARFs. If you have specific questions about this, please call or email us. All pre-built ARC - ARF ship via Grey Hound bus lines. Unless it is a very small plane. If you live in Canada and are close to the border that has a Greyhound package express we will ship it to your nearest USA City that is close to you.

If paying by Paypal I ship within 48 hours if it is a normal work week Mon-Friday any orders received on a weekend are shipped next within 24/48 hours. IF there is a item out of stock or we have some other issue and we need to refund via Paypal it will normally be within 24 hours. Unless I know you, or  have done business with you in the past I will not ship to an unconfirmed or unverified address using Paypal. We also will not drop ship ANY item through paypal domestic or internationally!

Foreign Orders Outside the USA And Canada:
Shipping outside of the 50 states and Canada is sent via US Post Office EMS or standard airmail you have the option to choose. Keep in mind standard airmail DOES NOT offer tracking unlike EMS. Certain countries have a length restriction if you fall into that category your package will be sent Airmail Due to the nature of shipping these packages,  if your order is unusually large or heavy, there will be a shipping surcharge of which you will be notified. Please feel free to contact us in advance for shipping charges specific to you. We ship at full value insured DO NOT ask to be sent as a gift or sample. I will not do it! All sales are subject to your country's Taxes and or Duties. It is your responsibility to pay any import issues regarding taxes.
